With bold vision and heart, Alicia Shickle launched BABs on Fire to unite women in growth, connection, and collective strength.
Alicia created the BABs on Fire Journal from her own lived experience, the wins, the setbacks, the reinventions, and the moments of starting over. Along her journey, she realized that even the most accomplished women struggle with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together.
She knew there needed to be a space where women could be honest, not polished or perfect, but real. A space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with themselves without judgment. The BABs on Fire Journal was created to be that space.
At its core, the message is simple: You are allowed to evolve. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to rise again and again.
This journal is not about perfection. It is about progress. Alicia calls it “flawsome” because growth is not about having it all together, it is about learning, stretching, and becoming stronger with every step forward.
